Case Management Services

Our Community Liaison Case Managers work with families to create person center plans in order to link and coordinate community services based on individual needs. We monitor the progression of services. Staff assist with applying for state and federal programs.   





Know Autism

Know Autism offers a full range of supportive programs with attention given to awareness, advocacy, training, inclusion, interpersonal relationships and sexual health development. We currently offer virtual support groups for peers, siblings, and caregivers.

Community Engagement

Autism Support Services Center (ASSC), fosters positive relationships among community members. Through community conversations about autism spectrum disorder (ASD) held at unconventional locations such as beauty salons, barbershops and places of worship. Additionally, we hand deliver literature in communities we serve, alongside our efforts to increase awareness about ASD.
